Support & Information

Your support is crucial to our ability to maintain the high-quality programming you already enjoy and also allows us to offer many programs free. In advance, we thank you.

Friends of Streicker

At the Streicker Center,  our mission is to offer programs that spark curiosity, engage the intellect and infuse our lives with rich Jewish culture. These programs also build community, by bringing our Temple members together with members of other synagogues and the unaffiliated to Temple Emanu-El.
To support this mission, we invite you to become a Friend of Streicker. Your minimum $3,600* contribution will strengthen our ability to deliver exciting and relevant programming. As a Friend of Streicker you are eligible for the following benefits:
  • Acknowledgment in our fall and winter catalogs
  • Invitations for two to exclusive events, receptions or photo opportunities with special guests
  • Free admission for two to Streicker events and classes (special programs and trips excluded)
  • Access to a dedicated email for easy RSVP
  • Reserved seats to all events

The satisfaction that comes from helping grow and invigorate our community with programs that capture the rich traditions and unique culture of our people. *All but $120 of your gift is tax-deductible.

Support Us

Your donations help us spark growth and vibrancy in our community. Last year, we filled our historic sanctuary with events that included the signature Jewish comedy of Mel Brooks, the insights of former President Barak Obama, the engaging case of the People vs. Eve, the glorious music of the Orchestra of St. Luke’s and the triple wedding supporting equal rights in Israel. This year, we will reach over 35,000 people through our programs, events and classes.
