Mitzvah Day

Giving back to our community has been a central pillar of our congregation throughout our 180-year history. Since 2005, the Tikkun Olam committee has held an annual Mitzvah Day to provide vital support to our neighbors. This year we need everyone—no matter your age—to join us in assembling packages filled with essential items for the most vulnerable populations in New York City. We are looking forward to having Religious School students join us, and families with younger children are also encouraged to attend. Be part of this meaningful day, help repair the world and connect with other Emanu-El members.
