For temple members in their 20’s and 30’s
We approach Shavuot, the celebration of the receiving of the Torah at Mt. Sinai, an often overlooked holiday in the Jewish calendar. One of our traditions, with various reasons given and none fully settled on, is to enjoy dairy food in particular.
With that tradition in mind, please join us for our end-of-the-year Shabbat, featuring a wine and cheese tasting curated by local artisan, Caroline Hesse, of Crown Finish Caves. Attendance is limited, and the first 25 who register will receive three hand-cut cheeses and a bottle of wine. Caroline will walk us through the wine and cheese tasting, and teach us about the processes, care, and artistry that led to each distinct cheese.
