#stopasianhate: Understanding the Uptick in Violence Against Asian Americans
The NYPD reports that hate crimes against Asian Americans have jumped 1900% in 2020. This month we will look at why these attacks have increased during the pandemic and allow us to gain a better grasp of the source of this racism in our country. Whether this is a first conversation or one of many, we encourage teens to join us and gain an understanding of different perspectives and give them a space to grow.
