JOIN RABBI DAVIDSON AS PART OF TEMPLE EMANU-EL’S DELEGATION AT THIS IMPORTANT EVENT
In his December 31 letter to the editor, in the New York Times, Rabbi Joshua Davidson noted “…that an attack on one of us is an attack on all of us.” In this spirit, Rabbi Davidson invites all temple members and friends to join him as part of Temple Emanu-El’s delegation attending the “NO HATE. NO FEAR. SOLIDARITY MARCH” on Sunday, January 5 at 11:00 AM in Foley Square, Lower Manhattan.
This crucial event, organized by the UJA-Federation of New York—in partnership with JCRC-NY, ADL-NY, AJC-NY, and the New York Board of Rabbis—in light of the ongoing and persistent attacks against our community, is calling upon all New Yorkers of all backgrounds to unite and march as one across the Brooklyn Bridge, followed by a rally in Columbus Park (near Cadman Plaza).
Our delegation will assemble at 9:45 AM at 1 East 65th Street, and leave promptly at 10:00 AM. From the temple, we will be walking to the subway to make our way downtown. Questions? Please contact or call 212-744-1400.
