Summer Book Drive to Fill the Bookshelves at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore

Please help fill the shelves for young patients that are undergoing treatment at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx. Your book donations will be a welcome distraction from their health concerns.

The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) is the only hospital in the Bronx exclusively dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of children. Nestled between Manhattan and Westchester County, CHAM is a premier academic children’s hospital, nationally renowned for its clinical excellence, innovative research and commitment to training the next generation of pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists.

Temple Emanu-El has been a partner with CHAM for many years and has supplied many donations: Hundreds of ART KIT donations which were assembled during many Mitzvah Days, items for their annual prom event, food donations for their nutrition program in over 800 public schools, pajama gift packages, and toys from our annual toy drive.
