ach spring, since the end of World War II, members of the Women’s Auxiliary honor patients from nearby veterans hospitals by treating them to an afternoon outing and a home-cooked meal. Guests are transported to Emanu-El, where they are served lunch prepared by our volunteers. Then all are taken to a performance of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Volunteers are needed to meet and greet our guests, as well as prepare and serve lunch.

In 2009, tickets for the circus were donated by Ronni Rubin Bolger in honor of Florence Pritz of blessed memory (pictured left), who oversaw this program for more than 15 years.
