Ms. Campbell has been described as a “sensitive colorist and intelligent musician” (New York Concert Review). Her numerous awards include First Prize in the Rosalyn Tureck International Bach Competition, the 1000 Islands International Chopin Piano Competition and the Baltimore Music Club Competition. She also has performed as a piano soloist with the Lansdowne Symphony, the Delaware County Symphony and the Wilmington Community Orchestra. And, she won the Newark Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition and performed Grieg’s Piano Concerto under the baton of Maestro Simeone Tartaglione.

In addition to performing, Ms. Campbell is an avid composer. Her Piano Trio No. 1 received its premiere performance by members of the Philadelphia Orchestra in 2007. Her compositions have won the MTNA competitions in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, and her solo piano works have been premiered throughout the United States at the University of Miami, the University of Buffalo, Canisius College and the Peabody Conservatory. Her works also have been featured on several recordings, including the Winterthur Estate’s Garden Fair CD, the sacred music album Puer Natus and most recently through her own album, Perceptions of Shadows.
