Beginning five days after Yom Kippur, Sukkot is a festival of thanks for a bountiful fall harvest. It also is a celebration to commemorate the protection given to the Israelites throughout their wanderings in the wilderness. Temple Emanu-El brings the spirit of Sukkot indoors with the creation of our beautiful sukkah, which is a site not to be missed.

All temple families are encouraged to participate in our Eve of Sukkot service.
A festive oneg will follow in our third-floor sukkah.
