Thousands of pipes, ranging from more than three stories in length to the size of a pencil, fill the vast chambers behind the Sanctuary's ornamental grilles. The entire organ was dismantled and each component carefully evaluated, repaired, or remade as needed. The restored organ is commanded by a new console built of fine woods and onyx.
